Frequently Asked Questions

What happens in the first session?

Your first session is an opportunity to share your concerns, goals, and expectations. Together, we’ll explore how psychotherapy can help and outline a plan that works for you.

Is psychotherapy the right choice for me?

If you want to understand yourself deeply and work through concerns at their root, psychotherapy offers a long-term, insight-driven approach. But if you’re focused on a specific issue or timeline, short-term counseling may be a better fit. Both are valid—it’s about what works for you. We don’t offer short-term counseling, but we’re happy to provide referrals if that’s what you need.

What issues can therapy address?

We are equipped to support you through a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, and more.

Can I switch therapists if I feel it’s not the right fit?

Absolutely. We prioritize your comfort and will support you in finding the best match.

How do I book a session?

You can book a session online through our contact page or email/message us directly.

Do you also prescribe medication?

No, we do not prescribe medicines. However, we work closely with a psychiatrist & make a referral where deemed necessary, after the initial counselling sessions.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice; late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeited payments. Sessions are non-refundable, and counseling packages must be used within 6 months.
